The theme of YGS 2022 examines what it means to operate in today’s hyper-globalised framework from an interdisciplinary perspective: Globalisation or Guóbalisation? Internationalism in Flux. YGS 2022 will delve into the tension between nationally-focused, domestic action and internationally-driven, globalised action in a number of thematic and disciplinary areas, ultimately asking the question of how – in the face of a plethora of global issues – we can respond to create a healthier, happier, more sustainable world.
