African Union Youth Envoy Office Call For Volunteers

African Union Youth Envoy Volunteers

African Union Youth Envoy Volunteers

The Office of the African Union Youth Envoy (OYE) throughout its current two-year mandate is looking for volunteers with various skills to work with. We welcome young, passionate and creative people from across Africa and in the diaspora to apply.

It doesn’t matter your professional and/or educational background, as long as you are 18 – 30 and have time and can access the internet to collaborate, we’ll consider your application. There is a virtual office so most the work will be online.

They are also looking for volunteers who can assist OYE during missions in the field.

Benefits of volunteering with OYE

  1. You will be able to do potential change-making work through the OYE
  2. You will improve your current skills and grow professionally by helping find solutions to specific areas you are involved in
  3. You will become part of and connect with an amazing network of like-minded young people from across Africa  from various backgrounds with various skill sets
  4. Upon the successful completion of your full commitment, you will get a letter of recommendation form the OYE for your professional, self-development or educational use

Due to a limited number of volunteer slots each time, those successfully selected will be contacted and added to our volunteer network on our online internal platform and they will be called upon when a new slot is open.

Please note that this is a rolling application, meaning we will always continue to receive applications.

  1. Amazing!!!
It is actually a great idea to engage youth in the ever best humanitarian work to help and support their communities and to get help back.. volunteering connect not us as a group of people to achieve an activity but it connects our souls and get us think of others and not being selfish.
    I strongly support this idea.
