
Peace Not Pieces fellowship Program cultivates intercultural leadership and peaceful dialogue. United, fellows will break stereotypes, network, mentor, and develop interpersonal skills to show that peace is achievable. For 2 months, fellows will gain a deeper understanding of peace and develop long-lasting partnerships to advocate for peace, human rights, and non-violent dialogue.
Expectations:
The role of fellows includes the following:
- Take part in a well-constructed curriculum with a mentor and other fellows
- Respect the code of conduct.
- Actively participate in the learning platform and regularly respond to emails.
- Commit to share and involve people of their networks in the dialogue around peacebuilding in their own communities.
- Collaborate with the mentor and the other fellows to strengthen competencies and unlock their potentials.
- Complete all weekly assignments before deadlines
Fellows will work closely with staff members from iBuild Africa and other qualified members from partner institutions.

Qualifications
- Age (18-35 years old)
- Africans living in or out of the African continent.
- Demonstrated previous or current leadership in youth work and activism
- Highly motivated to work in the peacebuilding field.
- Devoted to nurture his peers by peace and self development tools.
- Work towards countering violence and expanding good values
- Willingness to share the vision and commitment for a follow up strategy.
All successful fellows will receive a certificate and be qualified as Peace Ambassadors .
