Media Trust is teaming up with the media and creative industries to transform the hidden talent of 100 people aged 16-25 living in Birmingham, London and Manchester. And you could be one of them!
Whether you are looking for work or training within the creative industries the Transforming Hidden Talent programme aims to harness your creativity by building your skills, raising your professional profile and developing your personal brand.
Over 12 months you will be peer mentored by a professional from creative organisations that include Channel4, Weber Shandwick, ITV and Discovery Communications as well as attend monthly media masterclasses giving you a behind the scenes look into a creative organisation.

Please remember that in order to take part you must be:
- 16-25 years old
- Based in London, Birmingham or Manchester
- Able to attend one full day masterclass and employability session once a month
- Able to attend an hour-long mentoring session once a month
The programme is aimed at people who are unemployed, in part-time work or education and are actively seeking employment in the media and creative industries.
