This role comes at an exciting time. With a new global strategy in place, we’re looking for someone to take forward our programme funding team and make things happen. Funding success in recent years has come mainly from institutional funders and this role will play a critical role in driving growth in this area focusing on high quality earnings for sustainability of our agency. Your team will focus on bilateral and multilateral donors, donor governments, partner NGOs, corporates and trusts and foundations.
Salary: £40,344 gross per annum
Location: London, UK
The post-holder will lead a skilled team based in London with a focus on creating new opportunities, ensuring excellence in relationship management, submission of high quality fully costed proposals across all streams, and working closely with the Head of Programmes to advise and support the senior management and global teams. The post-holder will collaborate closely with the global prospecting team to position Restless Development within donor-policy discussions, ultimately to leverage opportunities towards our strategic ambitions for young people, and the investment we need to achieve this. Through your team, the Senior Partnerships Manager will ensure technical direction and support is provided to global and in-country teams on a timely basis, and that we offer top quality relationship management to our existing and future supporters.
The post-holder joins Restless Development at a seminal moment as we begin to roll-out our new Global Strategy (2016-2020), and will play a key role in developing long-term opportunities to support our growth and impact for young people.
