The DFID Graduate Development Scheme was launched in January 2012 to provide graduates with work experience to assist them in obtaining future employment. DFID is also keen to bring fresh thinking into the organisation.

The scheme offers challenging and rewarding opportunities and a step into the international development sector and working in the Civil Service. There are 16 placements from across all areas of DFID.
